City walk: Cathedral Square, the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, and Uffizi Gallery. Afternoon pasta workshop with a local family.

Stop in the medieval town of San Gimignano, then continue to Venice via Bologna.

Traditional gondola ride, visit to St. Mark's Square, the Doge's Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. Free evening.
